For anyone in the US wondering what is really in the Stimulus Spending Bill you can read the official government copy: DIVISION B—TAX, UNEMPLOY2 MENT, HEALTH, STATE FISCAL RELIEF, AND OTHER PROVISIONS My personal favorites are: Sections 1100-1104 deal with Alternate Energy. Section 1141-1144 deal with Plug In Vehicles and Conversion Kits. Section 4104, deals with Health Information Technology. Page 488 talks of studying Open Source medical programs. Section 6000, deals with Broadband Technology Opportunities for rural areas.
