There are new Ultrasonic based sound systems coming on the market, such as Holosonics's "Audio Spotlight", and similar technology that are summarized here: Sound focusing technologies make recent headlines. Has any of this new technology been tested to see if it is harming our Prenatal Children?Midwifery Today Issue 80, Winter 2006, goes into detail on issues of if Medical Ultrasounds may be causing damage, to our soon to be children. When you go for a Prenatal Ultrasound you know exactly what you are doing, and the risks can be explained to you. But if your walking down the sidewalk and you are exposed to Mega Power Ultrasonic Beam Advertisements, is that really a good thing for your baby?
